All organized youth groups (with a minimum of 3 kids) with camping  reservations can fish for free at Lake Cuyamaca after performing at least an hour of community service at the lake, such as trash pick-up.

 

Please let Lake Cuyamaca know at the time you make your reservation(s) that your youth group would like to participate in the Youth Fishing Program. Please include the name of your youth group, also.

 

Trash bags are provided at the Tackle Shop.

 

Fishing gear is not provided by the lake. 

 

All members of the group who are 16 years of age and older must have a valid California State Fishing License.

 

Fishing adults must have a CA State Fishing License and a Lake fishing permit.
